Terrible sales representatives, planned on buying a zero turn mower from this company, the individual (Howard) appeared lost and uninterested in selling anything there. He couldn't answer any of my questions. I asked to rent a zero turn, and Howard blew off the opportunity saying they had one to rent, but that it wasn't really available. This place is an absolute JOKE, I really wanted to buy a nice mower from the place, and was willing to spend 5k to buy one, but the Howard gentleman lost my business.
Low Integrity - We called for a quote on a hitch kit for my Kubota tractor. We asked if they were in stock because we live an hour away. We were quoted a price of $235 over the phone. When arrived at the dealer, they said they quoted us the part for the wrong tractor model and the one we need had a list price of $452...but since they had mis-quoted the price they were willing to drop the price to $435. Poor customer service at best...or downright dishonest and intentionally misled us.
When buying the tractor I received great customer service could not be happier. Once the tractor was home customer service was gone. Apparently once you bought it they no longer need to help you. I had a warranty question and the warranty person Kieth was very rude didn't even take time to examine the part in question and walked away from me while I was still talking to him with out even helping me find the part I would need to buy since he said the warranty wouldn't cover it even though the tractor was less than a year old. I understand warranties dont cover everything but the rudeness and the I dont care attitude your interrupting my day responses was ridiculous.
As others had said..... the sale was fine but service was non-existant to terrible. I drove 80 miles to buy the generator from them. A year later I needed a service and wanted to make an appointment- as we live off grid and the generator was our main backup. For some reason they would rather have your equipment just sitting in their yard rather than use some common sense (like car mechanics) and make an appointment. Not only was the service guy unhelpful...but actually rude.... as I DARED to explain why we couldn't leave it for two weeks. TERRIBLE decision making in the service department. Doubt I will ever do business there again!!!
I drove from Telluride to Bayfield and purchased a Speeco log splitter on Monday Aug.14th 2017. The regular sales person was off that day so Drew took care of me and explained everything I needed to know for my first log splitter. On the way home the bearing went out on the wheel attached to the splitter. I immediately called Drew and Swag and let them know I was on the side of the road 2 hours away from them and the trailer would not budge, because the bearing went out, it put a hole in the tire as I tried to continue to pull it to a safer area. Drew himself loaded a new Speeco on a trailer and brought it to me and took the defective one back. This kind of customer service gets 110% in my book. I will be driving the 3 hour one way trip from now on for all my equipment needs. I can not be more happy with the service I received or the new splitter. I used the Speeco the very next day and split at least 2 cords of wood. I also purchased the table and couldn't be happier with that either. i will tell my experience to anyone I hear looking for a splitter or any other equipment.
