After shopping a bit, I found Blue Streak's prices to be excellent. I purchased a used appliances and hired them for the install. They showed up on time. They were conscious of the cleanliness of my home They were polite and listened closely to my concerns. The job required some recommendation from them. I am glad I listened. Knowledge is great, but experience and knowledge is awesome!! That is what Blue Streak brought to me. So glad I chose them. While they were here, I showed them a problem with my fridge. Bob diagnosis it, ordered me the part and then called me when the part came in. I consider that some pretty good customer service. I can easily and confidently recommend them!!! Very, very happy.
We came through town in an RV and inquired about a used washer that we hoped would fit. We took measurements, but the height was within a centimeter or two, and we weren't sure it would work. We asked if we could try it in the RV (parked on the street a block away), and the owner said "no." This isn't a problem; business people can't always accommodate their potential customers. He was worried about scratches and dents ( the unit was already scratched and dented, because it was used). However, he was very rude and abrupt about it. We're outsiders, and it's possible that Blue Streak sells so many appliances that the owner has no need for courtesy. In that case, carry on, and best to you. We'll find exactly what we need down the road, from someone who doesn't mind being pleasant.
Very pleased saved me from buying a new washer only a 75.00 repair. The call out fee is a little high but the quality of repairs and service is worth it. The repair manual was very respectful it was great to have customer service like that.
